My life has been full of surprises.
That’s really just a more positive way of saying that my life hasn’t gone the way I planned.
Through life experiences, trials, and tests, God has shown himself to me in a way that is hard to describe. My plan was to become a mother. God chose a different path for me.
I was married to my best friend. Life’s circumstances lead me down a separate, single road.
But I’m not done. The story’s not over.
While I don’t know what God’s plan is for my life, He has laid the burden on my heart to become a resource for others in situations similar to mine.
Using what God has given me for His glory. “…But we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more; And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.” I Thessalonians 4:10b-12
My waiting stage is over. I’m ready.
